How to apply
- For a project of 25 000 $ and under, apply to the PETITS PAS, GRANDES RÉALISATIONS program.
- For an equipment purchase costing 25 000 $ and over, consult your manager or the GBM engineer responsible for your area.
- For a renovation or other project costing 25 000 $ and over, write to the Foundation to present the project.
- Fill out the form provided by the Foundation and return it, along with a quote for the project or equipment requested.
- Submit the form and the quote no later than 31 March of a given year.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the fund allocation committee in April.
- The board makes the final funding decision by resolution.
- Applicants are notified in writing whether the project is approved or refused.
- For approved equipment purchases, an order number is issued before purchase.
- Projects may be subject to follow-up reporting and visibility requirements.
Additional information
- Applications are reviewed once a year in April for this program.
- Accepted projects may require visibility actions, such as stickers, photos, videos, or testimonials.
- Any change to an approved project must be reported to the Foundation.
- Unused funds must be returned to the Foundation’s general fund after the project deadline.
